I placed an order and when I received it I was a little upset at first, it wasn’t the color that showed in the picture. Besides the color it was made very well, super soft hoodie and tshirt. We loved them. I contacted them about the color, and they responded right away and apologized explained what probably happened and offered to send a new one of the color that I thought I was getting for free, and said no need to return the one I already have. I cannot wait to get the new one in. Definitely will return.
