Wearing faith. Living filled
We spend a lot of time in life trying to clean things up.
We declutter our schedules.
We detox from bad habits.
We step away from people and patterns that pull us in the wrong direction.
And that’s good. That’s necessary.
But it’s not enough.
Jesus says something in Matthew 12:43–45 that hits differently:
“When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order.”
Did you catch that?
The house was clean… but still empty.
The danger wasn’t what was removed—it was what was missing.
Because just like a tidy room without furniture, a clean heart without Christ is still vulnerable.
And when we try to just “do better” without inviting Jesus in fully… that empty space can end up filled with things we thought we already got rid of.
So what’s the solution?
It’s not just about removing sin.
It’s about filling our lives with Jesus Himself.
Letting Him move in. Take over. Take residence.
That’s what Joshua 24:15 is about when it says:
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
That’s not a decorative verse—it’s a declaration.
It’s saying: This house? This life? It’s not empty.
It’s filled with faith, with purpose, and with presence.
🙌 That’s the heart behind our “As for Me & My House” design.
It’s not just a verse—it’s a lifestyle.
A reminder to fill your life with the One who holds it all together.
To choose Jesus—not just once, but daily.

Wear it as a statement. A declaration. A reminder.
Because a clean life is good—but a Christ-filled life is powerful.
💛 Final Encouragement:
Don’t settle for “clean.”
Invite Him in.
Make space. Make room.
And fill your house with the only One who never leaves.
